There is no buy-online checkout on Pub Insurance 4u. After you submit the form, an advisor reviews your details and contacts you with terms.

Once you are happy with the terms, you accept and pay (card, bank transfer, or direct debit instalments where available). We then place you on cover and email your documents.

You pay after we have issued terms — using the payment options in those terms or with an advisor. We do not offer instant online purchase from the quote form.

Direct debit instalments may be available subject to policy terms and minimum premium requirements.

Policy documents (including your certificate and schedule) are emailed once you are on cover. Your schedule and wording are the source of truth for cover and claims contacts.

Need your documents again? Use Email my documents — enter the email and surname on your policy schedule and we will resend your policy documents to that address (live policies only). Prefer to speak to us? Call 01773 810072.

Before your policy expires we will contact you about renewal and may ask you to confirm or update your premises and trading details, including any claims or changes to your business.

Once you accept and pay, you stay on cover and receive updated documents by email. Tell us about changes to your premises, stock, or activities so your renewal stays accurate.
