Our Commercial Legal Protection policy can help cover legal costs from issues your pub, bar or licensed premises may face day to day, from employment disputes and tax investigations to contract and debt recovery.
Legal costs and expenses (including solicitors) can be covered up to £100,000, including appeal costs. Support can extend to tax advice, business assistance, counselling, employment advice, and business law advice.
What's included
Cover can include legal defence for business-related matters, health and safety issues, data protection disputes under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and appeals against licence refusals or adverse legislation.
